Nice. :D i like the colors and the simplicity of it, (when i say simplistic i mean compaird to your other deviations)
Does this refur to the madcow disease in the spinich? thats what i thought of when i read the discription.

H5N1 is the virus that causes bird flu... by the time the sympons show - you are likely done for. So far hasn't managed to be directly transmitted human to human - but is believed to be a relative of the one that did so much damage in the early part of the century...

Just another one of those things to worry about...

On my fridge there is a magnet:
"Y2K! Emergency checklist: Stock up on food, water, batteries!"
Beside it:
"Sars! Stock up on food, water, batteries!"
Beside it:
"Bird Flu! Emergency checklist: Stock up on food, water, batteries!"

I refuse to be worried. If it happens, it happens.

However, cautious is not hysterical. I eat organic, and have a BIG bag of rice and a jerrycan full of water if the need arises. But I do not fret.

Agree... bird flu - is just another on the list... but it seems that the list grows...

but my point - they often come to nothing (the big "end of the world" predictions I mean - the small foody things it pays to be wary of..)
Y2K? nothing happened. SARS? You don't hear about that anymore. I have no plans to panic over bird flu.
